Kelley Haladyna is an experienced attorney who has represented large and small businesses for over two decades. Prior to joining Outsource Counsel, PLLC, Kelley was a business litigation partner at national and international Am Law 200 firms where she represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes and contract negotiations, including intellectual property, terms and conditions, and licensing agreements. Kelley worked closely with long-term clients, handling matters that touched various facets of her clients’ businesses. Through this experience, she developed a keen understanding of each client’s unique business needs and the intricate balance of risk versus reward necessary to achieve her clients’ strategic goals.

After 20 years in big law, Kelley realized that she could provide more efficient legal advice and service without the high cost and bureaucracy of a large firm. Building on the foundation of litigating her clients’ interests after the breakdown of a contractual relationship, Kelley transitioned her practice to advising, negotiating and drafting technology related agreements that better protect her clients up front. Her court experience has given her a unique ability to spot issues that may create unnecessary exposure. She now works closely with clients to navigate the complexities and evolving necessities of technology agreements, drafting and negotiating solutions that mitigate risk yet meet the needs of the business in the fast-paced technology sector.
